"Knox City Council is seeking to engage an experienced Event Operations Manager to support the planning and delivery of its major community events: ""Knox Carols"" and ""Knox Festival"".
The successful contractor will be responsible for leading event operations planning and on-the-ground delivery, including site planning, logistics, contractor coordination, compliance, bump-in and bump-out scheduling and operational risk management. The role will work closely with Council officers, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the event program is delivered safely, efficiently, to a high standard and within budget.
The provider must demonstrate experience in managing operations for large-scale outdoor events, with strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, Autocad/Vectorworks skills, and interpersonal skills."
