Queanbeyan Sewage Treatment Plant Upgrade - Design Development and Construction - Request For Expressions of Interest

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from suppliers wishing to be selected and pre-registered to tender as the Principal Contractor for the DD & C of Queanbeyan Sewage Treatment Plant Upgrade.

Project goals

Expression of Interest (EOI) applications are being sought from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers wishing to pre-qualify to tender as the Principal Contractor for the proposed Design Development and Construction of Queanbeyan Sewage Treatment Plant Upgrade.

The overall objective of the project is to provide a robust, reliable and sustainable 75,000 EP STP for Queanbeyan that protects public health and the environment for future generations.

Scope

Completion of specified design elements, including:

• Lime silo and dosing;
• Diesel storage and generator;
• Chemical storage tanks;
• Cast in spool pieces;
• Lime clarifier equipment;
• Polymer dosing skids;
• Biosolids screw conveyor; and
• Underground electrical pits and cables.
• Construction of the new STP
• Pre-commissioning
• Post-commissioning operational support for a period of time
• Site contamination remediation (if required)
• Mountain Road upgrade
• Potable water supply upgrade; and
• Landscaping and restoration of areas disturbed by the Contractor.

Expression of Interest (EOI) are being sought from suitably qualified Suppliers. This is a two-stage process. This is stage 1 for the pre-qualification ONLY.

Note: A non-mandatory pre-tender briefing and site visit is proposed. Refer to the Opportunity Requirement for the details.

Responses can be submitted and edited multiple times until the opportunity closes, with only the most recent submission being submitted.
