This approach to market seeks to establish a Deed of Standing Offer with an accredited Customs Broker with demonstrated capability and capacity to support the import and export of cargo, including importation of biological waste and hazardous materials.

The supply must be provided in accordance with the Statement of Requirement (SoR) in the ATM and subject to the terms and conditions set out in, or referred to, in ATM 26/539 Customs Brokerage Services
Timeframe for Delivery:
It is anticipated that the Deed of Standing Offer will take effect upon both parties signing a Deed.
