Tender Description
Alice Springs Town Council (ASTC) invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for the provision of inspection, testing, maintenance, repair and reporting of fire protection and detection systems across ASTC infrastructure.
The Contractor will be responsible for ensuring all fire protection and detection equipment and emergency lighting is maintained in a safe, compliant and operational condition in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, legislation and best practice.
The contract for fire protection and detection services will commence on 1 July 2026 for a term of three (3) years with two (2) by one (1) year extension options.
