ABOUT THE RFP: The University is seeking an experienced and suitably qualified supplier to provide tools and professional services to conduct a comprehensive, automated discovery and classification of unstructured data across University environments, including protected backup repositories. The engagement will deliver a complete data inventory and classification across ownership, sensitivity and compliance obligations.
ENQUIRIES: must be directed via the online forum. The online forum will be open for enquiries until 5pm (ACST) on Thursday 21st May 2026. Staff of the University are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME: The RFP will close at 4pm (ACST) on Thursday 28th May 2026, and submissions must be fully received by this time. The University is not bound to accept the lowest priced Proposal, or all or any part of a Proposal and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Proposal process and select the successful tenderer as it sees fit.
