Tender Description
The City of Bayswater (the Principal) is a WA local government located approximately eight kilometres north-east of the Perth CBD. It includes the suburbs of Bayswater, Bedford, Embleton, Morley, Noranda, Maylands and parts of Mount Lawley and Dianella.
The Principal is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors (Respondents) to provide a mowing service of arterial road medians within the City of Bayswater local government area (the Services).
The Principal intends to award a contract to the successful Respondent/s for a term of three years with two one-year extension options, totalling a maximum of five years. A decision to exercise the contract term extension options will be at the sole discretion of the Principal and subject to the Principals operational requirements and the Contractors performance.
The Statement of Requirement (Part 2 of this Request) sets out a full description of the Principals requirements in relation to this Request.
Obtaining Documents: Documentation must be obtained from the City's Tendering site from Saturday, 9th May 2026.
