Panel Arrangement-Road Construction Materials

⁠⁠⁠Western Downs Regional Council has established the PA08 Road Construction Materials panel arrangement for the supply of civil construction materials in accordance with section 7 of Council’s Procurement and Contracting Policy.

The arrangement is primarily intended to support the delivery of unsealed road reconstruction and maintenance works across Council’s local road network, including works associated with flood recovery and programmed roadworks. Materials supplied under this arrangement will be used by both Council‑appointed civil contractors and Council’s internal delivery teams.

The panel relates to the production and supply of conforming unsealed pavement materials, including stockpiling in identifiable production lots, undertaking all required conformance testing, and loading material onto Council trucks at the nominated quarry or production site.
