Tender Description
Alexandrina Council invites quotes from suitably qualified respondents for the provision of a greenhouse gas (“carbon”) emissions accounting software solution and associated services to support the ongoing measurement, management and reporting of Council’s greenhouse gas emissions and utility data.
Council seeks quotes for the following services (the Services):
1.1 Ongoing service (business as usual):
Provision of an accessible, cloud ‑ based software solution for the ongoing capture, management and reporting of Council’s Scope 1, Scope 2 and material Scope 3 emissions data. Utility data will be provided through a combination of automated data feeds and manual inputs supplied annually by Council, as described in Section D – of RFQ Specifications.
1.2 Once-off service:
Provision of services to import, validate and reconcile Council’s historical emissions and utility data from 2015 to 30 June 2026, including migration of underlying assumptions and emissions factors where available.
The Council will enter into an Agreement for these Services with the successful Tenderer.
The agreement will be for three (3) Years with one two (2) Year extension option.
