Mareeba Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for various works to upgrade the Koah Hall.
Sealed Driveway
Scope:
• Prepare and install Two-Coat Bitumen Sealed driveway from road verge to top of rise (approx. 125 m²).
Overland Flow Rectification
Scope:
• Regrade and reshape affected areas to direct surface water at a 2-3% fall
• Subgrade to be proof rolled and trimmed to line and level
- Soft area’s to be excavated and replaced with approved fill
- 95% standard compaction
• Supply and placement blue crusher
- Minimum compacted thickness: 75mm
- Finished surface shall be firm & stable
BUILDING WORKS
Roof Plumbing Works
Scope:
• Replace square profile gutter approx. 54Lm
• Replace barge capping’s approx. 40Lm
Roof Insulation Works
Scope:
• Install insulation to:
- Verandah roof section
- Main hall roof (bulk insulation batts) suitable for class 9 Building
• Ensure continuous coverage with no gaps, compression, or thermal bridging.
Internal Ceiling Repairs and Painting
Scope:
• Patch and repair damaged internal wall & ceiling areas throughout
• Prepare surfaces and apply paint system to wall & ceilings. (Full internal repaint)
