Western Downs Regional Council has established the PA05 Plant & Fleet Procurement panel arrangement.The arrangement provides a prequalification framework to enable Council to efficiently procure yellow plant & equipment, trucks & trailers, and white fleet vehicles from suitably qualified and capable suppliers.
