⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking the supply of a portable trailer mounted Variable Message Sign (VMS) suitable for traffic management and public communication purposes. The unit is to be fully self contained, solar powered, and capable of displaying programmable messages for use in roadworks, community notifications, and safety messaging across both urban and rural environments.
