Disposal of Multiple Low Value Assets

⁠⁠⁠Introduction

In accordance with Section 227 of the Local Government Regulation 2012 North Burnett Regional Council invites written tender applications for tender 2922_2025-26_QTB_70.

The listed assets for disposal are being sold on an ‘As Is’ basis and Council reserves all rights to accept or not accept any offer made. Any decision made is not binding until a contract agreement in respect thereof has been signed by both the awarded Tenderer and NBRC.

Tenderers are responsible for ensuring all due diligence has been conducted to their own satisfaction before submitting a tender response.

Tenderers are responsible for ensuring their tender submission is on the approved Council response form and their tender response addresses all tender criteria as detailed on page 5 of this tender scope.

Tender submissions must be emailed to admin@northburnett.qld.gov.au by the closing date Friday 22 May 2026 9am.

Please note: Pick up of assets must be pre-arranged to occur during normal council operating hours.
