The City of Mitcham (“Council”) invites quotes for the provision of the following supply and services.
The Council has presented a free community Christmas Carols event for over 25 years. The event is a family focussed event that includes a stage program which runs for 2 hours from 7pm to 9pm. Stage entertainment has traditionally been a mix of choirs, musical groups and solo performances. The venue is the eastern half of Kingswood Oval, an area of approximately 7500 sq/m for audio coverage. Kingswood Oval is situated at the corner of Belair Road and Halsbury Avenue, Kingswood SA 5062. The date for the event is yet to be confirmed however the current plan is for a Saturday in early December, most likely Saturday the 5th of December.

Infrastructure:
- Staging
- Stage cover
- Stage lighting
- Video screen
- Generator
- Audio-visual (AV)
- Front of House (FOH)
- Resourcing – Crew:
- Pre-event – supplier project manager available for pre-event site inspection and liaison with Council project lead.
- Event – designated event day manager and adequate AV techs and crew.
