Supply of Tree Planting and Watering Services

⁠⁠⁠The City of Melville (City) seeks a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake tree planting and watering services within the City.

This Contract provides an integrated program for planting new trees and watering existing trees and vegetation, ensuring the health, survival, and establishment of the City s urban forest.

The Contract is non-exclusive. The City reserves the right to engage other contractors to undertake tree planting, watering, or related services at its sole discretion. The Contractor shall provide all labour, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to deliver the services in accordance with the specifications contained in this document.

This contract is for an initial term of two years with three additional 12-month option periods which will be exercised at the sole discretion of the City. The City makes no guarantee of any quantity or volume of work or spend under the proposed contract.

The Contractor shall comply with all relevant legislation, standards, and City policies while performing works under this Contract.
