Tender Description
The City of Boroondara (Council) requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the following works in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT) and its attachments.
The Works involve the improvements to the playing surface and sporting infrastructure at St James Park Oval. Located at 3 Burwood Road, Hawthorn.
The Works include:
• Bulk earthworks
• Renewal of the natural turf cricket wicket
• Installation of new irrigation and drainage
• Replacement of the existing water tank
• Installation of new irrigation pump and cabinet
• Installation of new AFL goals
• Installation of new players benches
• Installation of new sand profile and turf surface
