Northern Beaches Council is working closely with the community to build strategies that enhance our quality of life, promote sustainable development and protect our environment.Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for the provision of The Supply and Implementation of a Software Management System for Northern Beaches Aquatic Centres. The scope of the tender includes;

• Health and Fitness including group fitness classes and booking system
• Personal Training including trainer profiles, availability, and booking system
• Creche services including family profiles, and booking system
• Facility bookings including booking and invoicing system
• Learn to Swim and Squads including family profiles, and booking system
• Reporting for financial and demographic data
• Point of sale for casual entry, retail products, and cafe
• Online and self-service options for customers to access the above modules
• Android and iOS app for customers to access the above modules
• Core technology requirements must be met as per attached technology requirements document

The Contract term will be three (3) years plus implementation period with an extension at Councils absolute discretion of an additional two (2) consecutive + two (2) year terms. The expected start date is mid-August 2026.
