Western Sydney University invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of a student service queue management and appointment platform to replace its existing QLess system.
The University is seeking a modern, scalable solution that enhances student experience, supports multi-channel engagement, and integrates with existing systems. This is an INFORMATION GATHERING EXERCISE and will help for later RFx activities. No contract will be awarded from this EOI.
