DHA Digital Program (Digital DHA) is delivering modern, end-to-end digital services to improve service delivery, productivity, and operational reliability. This includes the adoption of the Salesforce platform as our core Customer relationship management system.
DHA is seeking an appropriately qualified supplier to deliver Outcomes Based Testing Capability Services to establish, uplift, and operate a scalable and sustainable testing capability that supports the Digital DHA program.
The supplier will provide testing team capability that operates as an integrated extension of DHA delivery teams and reports operationally to the DHA Test Manager / Assistant Director of Testing, who retains overall accountability for testing outcomes and release quality. We are looking for suppliers with demonstrated experience in Salesforce, MuleSoft, Java and .NET technology.
As part of the testing capability, the supplier must provide a dedicated Test Lead who is accountable for coordinating supplier testing personnel, managing day-to-day test delivery of the program, and ensuring achievement of agreed testing outcomes.
The Test Lead will report operationally to the DHA Test Manager / Assistant Director of Testing and act as the primary point of contact for testing delivery across the Digital DHA program.
