Tender Description
Chevron Australia is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide subsea installation works in support of Chevron ABU assets. Contractor shall provide information and technical capability to perform the following scopes for deepwater subsea equipment installation.
Scope of work includes (but not limited to):
Scope Requirements
• In Scope: Offshore installation of all subsea equipment required for the Gorgon project, such as subsea structures, umbilicals, spools, hydraulic and electric flying leads etc.
• Out of Scope: Offshore pipelay
Work Packages
• Work Package #1– Loadout, Transportation and Installation of Subsea Structures
• Work Package #2 – Fabrication of Rigid Spools and Jumpers
• Work Package #3 – Loadout, Transportation, Installation and Tie-in of Rigid Spools and Jumpers
• Work Package #4 – Loadout, Transportation, Installation and Tie-in of Flexible Jumpers
• Work Package #5– Loadout, Transportation, Installation and Tie-in of the Control System
• Work Package #6 – Pipelines System Pressure Testing and Pre-commissioning
Contractor Proposal Requirements
• Vessel and equipment availability
• Technical methodology, project management, schedule, personnel/experience, compliance.
Safety & Compliance
• Strict offshore safety, no subsea human risk, safety/environmental plan required (hazards, hydrocarbon spill prevention)
