Vehicle Telematics

⁠⁠⁠BHI has three campuses in Melbourne, these being Box Hill (Elgar, Nelson & Whitehorse), Lilydale (Lakeside) and Melbourne CBD (City). BHI also delivers training and education services into many other workplace locations and organisations via a range of commercial contracts.

Box Hill Institute operates a diverse fleet of vehicles in support of its education and training operations, including teaching delivery, student transport, campus operations, facilities management, and outreach activities.

The fleet includes passenger vehicles, light commercial vehicles, and specialist vehicles operating across metropolitan and regional locations. Vehicles may be used by staff and contractors.

BHI seeks to procure a vehicle telematics solution to improve:

• fleet safety and compliance

• visibility of vehicle utilisation

• driver behaviour monitoring

• operational efficiency

• environmental performance and reporting.
