Provision of Airport Management Services

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of East Pilbara invites Tenders from suitably qualified and aviation experienced Contractors to manage and maintain the operational, airside, landside and terminal facilities at the Newman Airport.

The Contracted Party will be responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the aerodrome in accordance with:

• Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (CASR) Part 139.
• CASA Manual of Standards (MOS).
• Aviation Transport Security Act (ATSA) and Regulations (ATSR).
• Relevant Australian Standards and Codes of Practice.
• Shire of East Pilbara policies, procedures, and Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements.

The Works include the provision of comprehensive management, maintenance, and operational services across the airport precinct, including airside, landside, and terminal facilities at Newman Airport. The scope encompasses day-to-day airport operations, routine and reactive maintenance, safety and security compliance, and the coordination of all activities necessary to ensure the continuous, efficient, and compliant operation of Newman Airport.
