Tender Description
The City of Perth is seeking offers from suitably qualified, experienced, licensed and registered contractors to design, manufacture, supply, install, test and commission new electrical infrastructure and associated civil works within the City on a Panel Arrangement and 'as required' basis for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend the term of the Panel for a further two (2) years. The City may appoint up to twelve (12) Members to the Panel of Pre-qualified Suppliers (up to four Members for each of the following three distinct categories of services):
- Category A: Buildings – Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades
- Category B: Traffic Lantern Poles and Lighting Upgrades
- Category C: External Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades
Respondents may nominate and submit for one or multiple categories, depending on their capability and expertise.
For this purpose, the City is seeking offers from organisations to submit their proposals in accordance with the requirement of this Invitation.
A non-mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted at Council House, 27 St Georges Terrace, Perth on Tuesday, 12 May 2026, from 10:00am to 11:00am AWST.
