Tender Description
Central Coast Council is seeking Tenders for the engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced Construction Works Contractor for the construction fit out works to Building A, Levels 3 and 4 at the Wyong Administration Building.
The new fit-out works to Building A levels 3 & 4 will include works to all services, Supply & Install of walls, glazing, fixtures, finishes. The aim of these works is to create new workspaces for staff, and areas collaboration & recreation.
A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at 9:00am Friday 8th May 2026 on site at Central Coast Council Wyong Administration Building 2 Hely St Wyong NSW 2259.
Pre-registration is required by emailing the contact officer, Cameron Thompson, no later than 2PM on 7 May 2026 with the names and organisation of those attending.

Attendance at the mandatory tender briefing is a compulsory requirement of this Request for Tender. Tenderers who do not attend the briefing in full will have their tender submission deemed non-conforming and may be excluded from further evaluation.
