The Industrial Futures: Murrindindi Manufacturing Strategy project will develop a comprehensive, evidence-based framework to unlock the potential of industrial-zoned land across Murrindindi Shire to support advanced manufacturing, attract new investment, and grow local employment.
The project will analyse current and future demand for industrial land, assess the suitability and constraints of existing and proposed sites, identify priority industry sectors aligned with the Shire’s strengths, and develop practical planning, infrastructure and investment solutions. It will culminate in an industrial land strategy, digital investment prospectus, and supporting business cases to guide Council decision-making, advocacy and implementation.
