Retail Space at Albury Hospital Campus

⁠⁠⁠This Request for Tender (RFT) seeks to secure an experienced food and beverage operator to deliver retail services across the Albury Hospital Campus.

Project goals

The objective of this project is to secure a suitably experienced retail operator to deliver a coordinated, high‑quality retail offering across the Albury Hospital campus, including existing and future retail tenancies associated with the new Clinical Services Building (CSB).

Scope

• Operation of existing and future retail tenancies, including; Cancer Centre Café, existing Main Entry Café (transition period only), new CSB internal café, new CSB external retail pod (optional) and vending machines across the campus (optional).
• Tenant‑funded design and fitout of new CSB retail spaces delivered as cold shell or serviced shell.
• Lease and commercial arrangements, including rent‑based and/or turnover‑based models, performance monitoring, and KPI frameworks.
• Integration of retail operations with hospital logistics, access, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Alignment of retail services with relevant health, food safety, sustainability, and healthy‑choices policies.
• The Oasis Café is not operated in‑house by AWH; it is therefore out of scope for the purposes of the RFT.

A site visit will be held for Tenderers on the date, time and at the location advised by way of Addenda.
