Expressions of Interest are invited for construction works at Livingstone Christian College, Ormeau, Queensland, comprising the following projects:
Removal of existing 7x demountables, New two-storey building with 2x Science rooms, Tuck shop, Food tech, Hospitality facilities and amenities ground floor. With 10x GLA room, locker room and staff facilities first floor.
Building is designed as Type B Construction incorporating suspended concrete slab floors, Conc. column frame, with CFC and sheet metal cladding.
Approximate floor area: Nom. 1100m2 Gr. & 1050m2 First Floor (Building) With 700m2 Gr. & 650m2 First Floor (Verandah)
Construction is anticipated to commence in September 2026. A shortlist of tenderers will be selected from the submitted EOIs. Demonstrate capacity and existing experience.
