Hepburn Shire Council regularly seeks the services of a property valuer either for the purposes of a market rental valuation or potential market sale price as part of existing or future leasing opportunities or potential development and/or sales potential for a property and possible LUAA negotiation valuations.
Council proposes to establish a panel of property valuation suppliers for a contract period of 2 + 2 years.
