Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join our Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee (ARIC).

The ARIC is a key component of Council’s governance framework with the Committee responsible for assisting Council to fulfil its governance and oversight responsibilities.

The ARIC currently comprises of three independent external members and meets quarterly.

Remuneration to be negotiated.
