Debt Recovery Services

⁠⁠⁠Gippsland Water is seeking a qualified provider to deliver compliant and customer focussed debt recovery services to support the collection of overdue accounts. The service is needed to ensure all recovery activities meet regulatory and legislative obligations while maintaining respectful and effective communication with customers. Gippsland Water refers approximately 340 files each month for debt recovery campaigns, with this figure expected to increase.

The successful provider will enhance Gippsland Water’s communication efforts and improve recovery outcomes by conducting structured and timely contact attempts with customers.

Please Note: We are not seeking legal services in connection with the provision of the debt recovery services.

A briefing session will be held on 12 May 2026 02:00 pm.

Notes: An industry briefing session will be held via Microsoft Teams. Preregistration is required. To register please email contracts&procurement@gippswater.com.au 

A Microsoft Teams link will be sent to registered companies prior to the briefing session.

Registrations for the briefing will close 5pm 8 May 2026. Registration requests should include any questions that you would like us to consider during the briefing session.
