Borella Road Underpass Mural

⁠⁠⁠Albury City is calling for expressions of interest from artists and muralists to transform the Borella Road Underpass.

The Borella Road Underpass is a key underpass for pedestrians and cyclists connecting residential areas to the CBD. Currently a blank concrete canvas, this project aims to turn this tunnel into a landmark space that feels inherently vibrant, open, and safe for the pedestrians and cyclists who use it daily.

• A copy of $20m Public Liability Insurance.
• Please provide a detailed, itemised budget, that demonstrates the financial viability of your proposal
