New Electrical Substation - SM TAFE Carlisle Campus

⁠⁠⁠Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake construction of new electrical substation at SM TAFE Carlisle Campus.

The Work includes but is not limited to a new Western Power substation, and associated electrical and hydraulic works. Tenderers to note:

1. PFM have engaged Jurovich surveying to carry out a feature survey, peg the site, prepare IODP, and landgate lodgement. Any further surveys to be completed by the Vendor/Contractor.
2. Cable runs through the middle of the site to be completed during term break.
3. The Western Power quote is being paid for by the client. Allow for all coordination with Western Power.
4. Western Power ‘Site Readiness’ required by 25/09/2026.
5. All works to be completed and energised prior to Term 1 2027. September term break is 28/09/26 – 02/10/26. The Christmas period is 14/12/26 – 29/01/27.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Oats Street and Bank Street, Carlisle on 7 May, 2026 11:00 AM.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at SM TAFE Carlisle Campus. The location of the briefing will be Oats Street and Bank Street, Carlisle WA 6101.
