Port Authority NSW is seeking to explore market capability for a Non-Compliance Case Management System (NCCMS) that consolidates and modernities functions into a single, integrated solution.
Through this Request for Information (RFI), Port Authority NSW seeks to better understand market capability, available solution models, and opportunities to adopt a scalable and secure platform that aligns with regulated enforcement environments and government operating requirements. Port Authority NSW also seeks to leverage supplier experience and innovation to inform the future design and scope of the NCCMS solution ahead of any subsequent procurement process.
