ABOUT COFFS HARBOUR CITY COUNCIL:
Coffs Harbour is positioned halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. Nestled between coastal slopes of the Great Dividing Range and the 80 kilometres of golden beaches that form its boundaries Coffs Harbour has gained a reputation as a dynamic and rapidly expanding economic hub.
ABOUT THE TENDER:
Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors to deliver contract CON00800 Plumbing Maintenance and Repair Services (Panel Contract) 2026-2029. Council intends to select a small panel of contractors who will be engaged under a simple services agreement for an initial period of three years. An optional extension period of 12 months may be offered at the discretion of the City depending on business conditions and requirements towards the end of the initial period.

Tender enquiries should be directed to Andrew Holt – Strategic Contracts Administrator via the online forum. Enquiries must be submitted to the forum no later than 10.00am on Friday 15 May 2026.
SUBMISSIONS:
Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box.
Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME:
Tenders close at 10.00am on Wednesday 20 May 2026 and submissions must be fully uploaded into our tendering portal by this time.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of the tender, and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous. Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed, hard-copy or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Councils policy will disqualify submissions made by proponents who canvass councillors and/or council staff regarding this Tender.
