ROK CQIRP Cattle Loading Ramp and ROK 361 Roof Structure

⁠⁠⁠The objective of this tender is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver targeted infrastructure upgrades at Building ROK356 that enhance safety, functionality, and long-term asset performance. The works are focused on addressing key operational risks associated with livestock handling activities and improving the condition and reliability of existing building elements.

The scope has been structured to prioritise practical, compliant, and cost-effective solutions that align with current standards and support ongoing site operations with minimal disruption. Emphasis is placed on improving safe access for CQIRP staff, reducing hazards in high-risk interface areas, and ensuring that all upgraded infrastructure is durable, fit-for-purpose, and maintainable over its intended design life.

To provide flexibility in delivery and funding, the tender has been divided into separable portions, allowing the principal to assess and award works either collectively or individually, and to consider staged implementation where required.
