⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Expression of Interest for the short-term, 12 months’ rent of 31.63 acres of Land adjacent to Lake Cargelligo Aerodrome.

The rent has been determined as follow:

Offers above $1,265 PER ANNUM PLUS GST.

The Licence fee is required to be paid annually in advance.

The Licence Agreement will have a term of 1 year in compliance with restrictions imposed by the Crown Land Management Act 2016.

Expression of interest to be submitted no later than 5:00pm (NSW time) on Tuesday 19 May 2026
