⁠⁠⁠Austin Health is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified provider to deliver gardens and grounds maintenance services across its campuses and satellite sites. These services support the safe, functional, and well-presented operation of healthcare environments, contributing to patient, staff, and visitor experience.

Briefing session

A briefing session will be held at Royal Talbot – Rehabilitation Centre (Main Foyer), 1 Yarra Blvd, Kew, Victoria, Australia, 3101 on 7 May 2026 10:00 am.

Notes: Suppliers are required to note the following in preparation: Pre-registration is required via the Electronic Tender Portal on the Buying for Victoria website (https://www.tenders.vic.gov.au)

Each supplier may nominate a maximum of two (2) key personnel to attend Attendees are requested to arrive early to ensure the session commences promptly at the scheduled time

All questions, both prior to and during the briefing, must be submitted in writing via the Electronic Tender Portal on the Buying for Victoria website: (https://www.tenders.vic.gov.au)

The briefing will commence at Royal Talbot, beginning with a meet-and-greet and short presentation, followed by a guided site tour of the grounds, and concluding with a visit to the Repatriation Hospital. Full location details will be provided on the day On-site parking will be available; however, all parking costs are to be covered by the supplier.

A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
