Tender Description
Purpose
To identify a provider/s who can design, deliver, assess and support a continuous improvement learning program for our people.
Hunter Waters preference is to engage a single provider to deliver the full scope of services. However, Hunter Water reserves the right to appoint multiple providers should this be determined to better meet organisational needs and deliver the best overall value.
The successful provider/s will be engaged to provide learning and development services to enable Hunter Water to meet operational requirements. The successful provider/s will be expected to work in partnership with Hunter Water to ensure learning programs and services meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
Duration of Contract
The Contract period will be for an initial period of three (3) years, with options for Hunter Water to extend the Contract for two further periods of one year each (3+1+1) at its sole discretion, based on performance over the awarded period.
