Project goals

The project aims to deliver major maintenance, and facility upgrades at the Acmena Youth Justice Centre.

A separate request for tender, RFT-2014405 - Acmena Clinical Services Block has recently been published on buy NSW and the construction of both projects will be delivered concurrently by NSW Public Works.

Scope

The design and construction of building upgrades such as roof replacements, improvements to reception and staff facilities, enhancements to visitor areas, structural wall upgrades, ceiling replacements, and permanent repairs to the facility pool.

Pre-Tender Meeting

A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting is scheduled for:

• Time: 2:00PM
• Date: Thursday 30/04/2026
• Location: Acmena Youth Justice Centre at 43 Swallow Road, Grafton NSW 2460

Tenderers must register their attendance with the RFT Contact by 5:00PM Wednesday 29/04/2026. Tenderers may register a maximum of two attendees for the meeting.

Notifications
