⁠⁠⁠To engage an experienced and suitably qualified Contraction Contractor to undertake the design documentation and construction of Holder Depot Upgrade works.

This request includes confidential information. Suppliers are advised that there will be two tender boxes as follows:

• 30941-DOC-210 and 30941-RFT-210

All Tenderers are to note that the Confidentiality Deed in 30941-DOC-210 box, Attachment 8 of 30941-RFT-210 - Design and Construction Services for Holder Depot Upgrade - RFT, must be completed and submitted via TendersACT@act.gov.au to gain access to the confidential documents contained in tender box 30941-RFT-210.
