OVERVIEW
Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for Upgrade and Refurbishment Works to our regional Hervey Bay Airport Terminal Building.
This invitation to offer is for the delivery of Phase 1 Project works. Council has commissioned from Aspect Architects Detailed design drawings and specifications also Furniture, Fittings & Equipment and Finishes schedules which are included in tender package.
Council at its full discretion may add or delete items; however, additions or deletions are not anticipated at the current time.
The appointed contractor assumes PCBU status and responsible for all site works being carried out safely and in accordance with regulations.
MANDATORY TENDER BRIEFING
A Tender Briefing is Mandatory for this tender. The details are outlined below:

- Other Details (incl. Dress Code / PPE): Inspection at airport will require Tenderers to bring Driver's Licence or Passport to sign in and receive visitor's pass. This is non-negotiable.
