⁠⁠⁠The waterproofing trade package includes the complete supply, installation, and certification of all waterproofing and tanking systems as specified for the project, in full compliance with relevant drawings, specifications, Australian Standards, BCA, and authority requirements. This package covers both external and internal areas requiring waterproofing-such as basements, wet areas, plant rooms, water tanks, rooftops, podiums, and retaining walls-ensuring all specified zones are protected against water ingress.

Scope of works comprises the provision and installation of various waterproofing systems, including external and internal sheet membranes, polymeric film underlays for ground slabs, liquid-applied systems, roof membrane solutions, and specialist treatments for retaining walls and roofing elements. All substrate preparations, detailed flashings, coves, drainage systems, and required protection measures are included, along with the supply and installation of accessories needed to achieve a watertight result.

The package also covers progressive and final cleaning, coordination with other trades for penetrations or adjacent works, and all testing, inspections, warranties, O&M manuals, compliance certificates, and as-built documentation. Any damage to membranes caused by the contractors activities will be rectified prior to completion, ensuring a robust, compliant, and fully documented waterproofing solution for the project.
