⁠⁠⁠The masonry package is a comprehensive Design & Construct (D&C) offering, encompassing the full engineering, design, supply, installation, and certification of all brickwork and masonry for the project. This includes internal and external brickwork and blockwork-including core-filled and reinforced fire-rated walls-along with all associated works such as grouting, caulking, sealants, reinforcement, concrete core filling, damp proof courses, flashings, lintels, bond beams, wall stiffeners, movement joints, and required sundries.

Scope extends to coordinating the design process, preparing workshop, BIM, and as-built drawings, obtaining approvals and certifications, and ensuring compliance with all tender documentation, Australian Standards, BCA/NCC, FM Global, and project-specific requirements. The package also covers all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, cranage, traffic management, interfacing with other trades, protection, cleaning, temporary works, safety requirements, and the supply and installation of door frames, supports, hatches, and scaffolding within masonry walls as needed.

Further responsibilities include attending project and design meetings, performing progressive and final cleaning, conducting all necessary inspections and testing, and providing warranties, defect liability, maintenance, and O&M documentation. The subcontractor must also ensure full compliance with all quality, WHS, sustainability, and project induction requirements, supporting both the base building and fitout phases for a multi-stage data center development.
