Alexandrina Council invites Tenders to Supply & Install New Toilet Facilities at Sugars Beach, Hindmarsh Island SA.
A New Toilet Facility is to be constructed in the carpark at Sugars Avenue, Hindmarsh Island.
The new toilet is to match the appearance of the those built at the Mundoo Channel Boat Ramp in 2017 which was the Capricorn 3 series by Modus Australia. It must match in appearance (both form and colour) and number of toilets provided.
Council is seeking to engage a qualified contractor to undertake all works required to successfully complete the build including but not limited to all preliminaries, design, engineering, private certification, development approvals, material supply, installation, testing and commissioning for handover. The work is to include the installation of a new contemporary facility that complies with current DDA standards and building codes, plus a new septic tank and holding tank.
All Specifications for the works required are contained within section D of the RFT documentation.
Council will enter into an Agreement for Services with the successful Tenderer.
