⁠⁠⁠This package seeks to engage experienced cost planning and quantity surveying professionals to support the financial planning of overlay works required for the delivery of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Overlay works include temporary infrastructure, services, and modifications to existing venues to meet Games-time operational requirements.

The scope of work may include, however is not limited to:

• Development of detailed cost plans and estimates for overlay scopes across competition and non-competition venues.

• Preparation of bills of quantities, schedules of rates, and tender documentation to support procurement activities.

• Cost benchmarking and market analysis to inform budget development and value-for-money assessments.

• Coordination with design, delivery, and commercial teams to ensure alignment with program objectives and funding constraints.

Respondents should demonstrate experience in cost planning and quantity surveying for large-scale, multi-venue overlay programs, preferably within major event or public infrastructure contexts. Familiarity with temporary works, accelerated delivery models, and complex stakeholder environments is essential.
