Request For Expressions of Interest - Construction Of New Digital Services Centre

⁠⁠⁠Hope Vale Aboriginal Shire Council invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of a new Digital Services Centre in Hope Vale, Queensland.

This project forms part of Council’s broader strategy to strengthen digital connectivity, service delivery, and community infrastructure within the region.

Scope of Works

The successful contractor will be required to deliver a full construction scope based on the supplied Architectural and detailed documentation drawings, including (but not limited to):

• Site establishment and preliminary works

• Civil and site works

• Structural and building works

• Electrical and communications infrastructure

• Mechanical and associated services

• Finishes, fit-out, and commissioning

Detailed drawings and specifications will be issued to shortlisted respondents as part of the formal tender phase.
