Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) is inviting Offers for the execution of Architectural Design and Subconsultant Services associated with the proposed refurbishment of 44 accommodation units in the Bathurst precinct on Rottnest Island.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at the RIA Hub (behind the Dome Café) on Rottnest Island, Rottnest Island/ Wadjemup, Rottnest Island on 30 Apr, 2026 8:30 AM.
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of the offer.

Tenders are required to pay all costs for transportation to and from Rottnest Island. All arrangements for ferry travel are the Tenderers responsibility.
