This package seeks suppliers for provision, licensing, configuration, and support of essential software for Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games operations.
The scope of work may include, however is not limited to:
- Finance Systems: Provision and support of financial management software to enable budgeting, procurement, invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting across Games-time operations.
- Licensing & Compliance: Management of software licences, renewals, and assurance of compliance with relevant financial regulations, legal standards, and cybersecurity requirements.
Technical Support: Ongoing maintenance, system updates, integration support, and user assistance for deployed finance software solutions
