RFT for the Provision of Exam Logistics and Support Services

⁠⁠⁠Australian Catholic University (ACU) invites submissions from suitably experienced providers for the national delivery of examination invigilation and external venue services.

ACU conducts formal examination periods twice annually across multiple campuses. The University is seeking to appoint a single national provider to deliver a coordinated, secure and consistent examination service model across all campuses and approved external venues.

The scope includes fully outsourced invigilation services, including recruitment, training, scheduling and management of invigilation staff, as well as provision and management of large external examination venues in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. Services will also include venue setup and pack-down, on-site coordination, safety compliance, incident management and reporting.

The successful Respondent will provide a nationally coordinated service, ensuring consistent standards of safety, security, academic integrity, operational reliability and reporting across all examination locations.
