Catering Services to AELEC Precinct

⁠⁠⁠Tamworth Regional Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified Catering Operators for Tender No. T101-2026 Catering Services to AELEC Precinct.

The Tender seeks catering operators to express an interest across any individual or combination of up to three categories of service requirements for the operation of food and beverage services at the Australian Equine and Livestock Events Centre, and Tamworth Sports Dome.

Tenders must attend the compulsory pre-tender briefing meeting and site inspections to be considered for this tender.

The pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held on:

• When: 7 May 2026
• Time: 11:00am
• Where: AELEC Meeting Room, 503 Goonoo Goonoo Road, Tamworth, NSW

Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and any Tenderer who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
