Supply and Delivery of Compostable Waste Bags Household & Pets)

⁠⁠⁠The Eastern Waste Management Authority (the Authority) is seeking to establish a Contract for the supply and delivery of compostable waste bags for use by its Member Councils, and any additional councils or entities that may accede to the Contract during its term.

The Authority is responsible for coordinating procurement on behalf of its Member Councils to support waste diversion and resource recovery outcomes, including initiatives that reduce organic waste in the general waste stream and increase participation in kerbside organics systems.

The Authority invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the supply and delivery of compostable waste bags, comprising:

• Compostable kitchen caddy liners for household food organics collection; and
• Compostable dog waste bags for use in public spaces and residential settings.

All Goods must be certified compostable, fit for purpose, and suitable for use within organics collection systems.

The successful Tenderer(s) will be responsible for the ongoing supply, storage, and delivery of Goods to nominated locations as required by the Authority and its Member Councils.

The Authority will enter into an Agreement for Services with the successful Tenderer.
